the original Dubai chocolate was launched by Dubai-based FIX Dessert Chocolatier in 2022 when its British Egyptian founder, Sarah Hamouda, had an urge to create something unique to satisfy her pregnancy cravings for knafeh and pistachio.

A decadent milk chocolate bar filled with silky pistachio cream, earthy tahini and crunchy shards of knafeh pastry that took social media by storm!

What Makes Our Stout a Dubai Stout?

85% Cocoa Belgian Chocolate - Yep, we’ve use REAL chocolate imported from Belgium! if we’re going to be decadent you may as well go all in right!

Real Vanilla - you can have creamy luxury without a little vanilla and there’s no substitute for the real thing so in it goes with the real chocolate during fermentation

Pistachio Cream - it’s not a Dubai chocolate without the Pistachio Cream; to keep the quality of the beer we chose to use a special extract flown in all the way from Canada to make sure the oils from the pistachio didn’t have any negative effects

And What Else Is Used?

Rice Malt - It helps make the beer lighter in colour with a clean fresh palate pleasing flavour

Carapils - Made from the finest German quality brewing barley. this malt is characterized by a high proportion of dextrins and high molecular weight proteins. This makes carapils ideal for improving foam and its stability.

Sorachi Ace Hops - Sorachi Ace is a Japanese variety invented by Dr. Yoshitada Mori, while working for Sapporo Breweries.

Sorachi Ace presents a strange combination of characteristics. Notes of Lemon peel, lemon curd, and lemon grass create what is described as a boldly lemon character. Along with the lemon comes a quality most often recognized as dill, but can also present with spicy elements of coriander, tea, and/or spearmint.

The background has an oaky or woody cedar note. Bittering is clean

West European Lager Yeast - Bottom fermenting brewer’s yeast originating from Berlin in Germany. used for the production of fruitier and more estery lagers. Its profile gives beers a good length on the palate.
